- Prioritizing (Pareto and Eisenhower)
- Automating time-consuming processes
- AI tools in research
- Delegating and supervising correctly to save time
- Process optimization
- Habit building
- Efficient communication (email, meetings, collaboration)

You’ll walk away with a personal productivity toolkit ready to be implemented in your daily work life. Throughout the training, you will be encouraged to identify actionable insights and apply them to your own unique research context.

This workshop is aimed at doctoral and postdoctoral researchers.
