Racism-critical expertise in everyday work (Online)

Racism is a problem for society as a whole, and so we all have a responsibility to help shape how we deal with racist structures in our organisation. Many people are unsettled by the current debate. They do not know how to behave in everyday life or in a work/educational context and how to take action against racism. The workshop aims to address precisely these issues.

Contents:
▪ Different forms of (everyday) racism
▪ Language and racism: reflecting on your own language patterns
▪ Dealing with hidden racist images
▪ Intention vs. effect of unconscious racist statements?
▪ Ideas workshop: Developing action skills in relation to anti-racism in everyday life/at work
