Inhalte

This workshop provides practical tools and methods for overcoming misunderstandings and conflicts that can arise in encounters between people. The emphasis is on the reflection of one's perspectives and prejudices to promote deeper self-reflection. Instead of reinforcing the encounter between ‘cultures’, we will focus on the exchange between individuals. The workshop includes interactive elements, case studies and exercises to actively involve the students/doctoral candidates in the learning process and develop helpful strategies.
